The Oyster Partnership has recently partnered with one of the globes most recognisable brands and this firm commands a vast portfolio of industrial assets, occupied by some of the most prestigious tenants in the UK & Ireland.
Due to unprecedented levels of growth over the past year, they are now looking to bring on board a Regional Construction Manager to join their Corporate Real Estate team.
This opportunity will see you reporting directly to the Head of Construction for UK & I and you can expect to be delivering a mixture of pure Project Management and CA, while also retaining some of the technical elements including Dilapidations and Due Diligence surveys.
Most of the project’s range in value from £1m to around £38m but there are several that are north of £175m.
