East Midlands – to Establish New Regional Office.

We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Land Director on behalf of a substantial, extremely well-backed, multi-office housebuilder. The role is to establish a footprint in the East Midlands and build up a robust land bank of sites that can be developed relatively quickly. You will be responsible for:

• Developing awareness of the company within the new regional patch – as a company keen to trade • Identifying, assessing and acquiring highly profitable sites for residential development

• Initial focus on sites that can be put into development quickly, site profile typically 50 – 300 units

• Initially working from home and then as region develops securing a new regional office

• You are a dynamic, extremely well connected land director with the ability to lead the development of a new regional office
