Asset Manager

A Central London Family Office is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team based in London. The position will work closely with the Director on the proactive and strategic asset management of their mixed use London portfolio, consisting of retail, restaurant and office assets.

Key Asset Management responsibilities include:

• Manage all lease events and leasing strategy, rent reviews, lease experies, dilapidation's, change of use and refurbishments.
• Undertake portfolio analysis in order to unlock and maximise portfolio/asset value.
• Oversee their internal Estate Management function.
• Deal with acquisitions and disposals.
• Produce business plans and budgets.
• Take part in debt financing/refinancing.
• Undertake regular financial updates and portfolio performance v budgets analysis, plus analysis of value add initiatives.

This opportunity would suit an Asset Manager currently working at another Family Office or Real Estate Private Equity firm (or equivalent).

Key Asset Management requirements:

• Member of RICS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and financial analysis skills.
• Experience managing a Central London portfolio (retail and office asset) would be advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Salary is from £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus bonus.

The role will be based at their office in the West End, London.
