Analyst

A leading international real estate firm, are searching for a highly skilled analytical candidate to join the European Logistics & Industrial team. The successful candidate will receive excellent experience in a growing business and will be responsible for supporting the team in a wide variety of day-to-day projects, as well as be exposed to deal flow.

Main responsibilities include:

• Support pan-European Logistics real estate team, particularly the investment function, in running the pan-European business.
• Create and assist with preparing presentations and pitch books.
• Produce financial models and analysis, including DCFs.
• Oversee internal reporting and liaise with internal teams across Europe, Asia, and Middle East.
• Coordinate other central activities as and when they arise, such as marketing, IT, brochures, etc.
• Help evaluate potential deal opportunities and assist in targeting new business.
• Manage client contact and requirement lists / Analysis of potential and existing clients.
• Organise pan-European customer events.

Requirements include:

• Experience in an analytical position preferred, in a real estate consultancy, private equity firm or institutional investment group.
• Must be fluent in English, other languages a plus - notably French.
• Proficient with all MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PPT.
• Proficiency in DCF modelling preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
