My client is a developer, they are a pioneering urban regeneration company, with a mission to accelerate the growth and capitalise on the borough’s position as London’s hottest investment and development opportunity.

If you are a surveyor looking to make the next step of your career into client-side Asset Management this is simply as good as it gets. The level of exposure in the role and variety of high value assets on offer is second to none.

You will gain high levels of exposure within the development space working in tandem with the senior development manager. You will also be focusing upon the acquisition and management of the commercial assets including the management of leasing, rent reviews, and rent collection undertaken by third parties. Finally leasing will also be a key area.

The portfolio predominantly consists of high-end retail and industrial. The role provides an extremely flexible working environment and opportunity to quickly progress.
