Senior Development Manager

Blayze Group are thrilled to be working with one of the UK's leading mixed-use developers to facilitate the growth of their development management function. They are looking for an experienced, driven individual to oversee the development of commercial uses on their large-scale regeneration schemes.

• You will be responsible for all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial feasibility through to planning submissions, procurement of contractors, through to delivery.
• Successful candidates will be working closely with the development director, as well as liaising regularly with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
• You will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and implementation of disposal strategies across the development.
• Successful candidates will benefit from exposure to some of the highest-profile regeneration schemes in central London, creating places where communities can thrive in the capital.
• You will also be contributing to meeting the business' established climate targets, becoming one of the trailblazers in carbon reduction globally.
