Are you working for a large corporate and looking for something a bit different? Would you like to manage regional projects? Do you have at least 5-years' experience?

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a regional property consultancy that is looking to recruit an additional Project Manager:

Job details include:

  • Established for 30+ years'
  • Working within an existing team of three PM's (including the MD)
  • Sector projects include private residential, education, healthcare, emergency services and listed buildings/conservation
  • Project value £250K to £10m
  • Most projects are repeat business from existing relationships
  • Supported by an internal quantity surveyors, building surveyors, architects and support staff
  • Family feel and non-corporate working environment
  • Role due to expansion (not replacement)
