Madison Berkeley are delighted to partner with a fast growing residential investment & development company who have significant private equity backing to continue their growth and investment across the UK. This ambitious organisation are looking to deploy £100m+ over the coming years to deliver thousands of new affordable homes.
We are looking for experienced Residential Valuation surveyors at Associate / Director level who are looking for a move client side. This is a critical role within the senior management team overseeing a team of 3 direct reports made up of two analysts and a data coordinator. The ideal candidate will hold at least 3 years’ experience post qualification within a residential valuation seat.
The unique nature of this role will mean the successful candidate will not undertake day-to-day valuations but oversee and coordinate a high volume of reports completed by key outsourced third party valuation partners. You’ll support the Director of Underwriting and Investment reviewing new acquisitions and providing input on new target acquisitions. Additionally you’ll support senior members of sales, letting, project delivery and finance to ensure the valuation team is contributing to wider team business objectives.
