A number of exciting opportunities for surveyor to associate level valuation surveyors to join some of the leading consultancies within their teams within various within the their Central London offices.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Your role will be to carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider valuation team.
- Day to day, you will be expected to collaborate with valuation colleagues and to assume personal responsibility for smaller to mid-size instructions.
- You will be encouraged to work smartly and efficiently in order to maximise profitability.
- Our client has also established several procedures and safeguards in place to ensure that regulatory, quality and other corporate standards are met and you would be expected to embrace these and pro-actively seek to develop them.
- To identify opportunities to grow the Valuation business.
- To collaborate openly with colleagues across our clients business to realise new business opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 software
- Proficiency in valuation software such as Argus Developer
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to real world’ business and property issues
- To be well organised and demonstrate good project management
- Good data management
- Flexibility and resilience in working arrangements
- Excellent report writing
- Collaboration with colleagues throughout the business
- A good working knowledge of the RICS Red Book.
- A track record in preparing RICS Red Book Valuations for Commercial Lending (development, owner occupied and investment properties), corporate valuations and consultancy advice
- RICS qualification
- RICS Registered Valuer - we’ll support you in obtaining this as necessary
- Experience in preparing Red Book Valuations.
