Land Manager

Blayze Group are thrilled to be working with one of the UK's leading housebuilders to grow their market-leading land team. They are looking for a Land Manager to join their team, aiding in the acquisition of land-led development opportunities to facilitate the ongoing growth of their development pipeline.

• You will be involved with a wide range of land-led development projects across the southeast of England, ranging from circa £5-250million.
• Successful candidates will be expected to work with both internal and external stakeholders to appraise potential sites, finding the most ample development opportunities to bring into the portfolio.
• You will oversee projects from initial feasibility stages, through to successful acquisition and hand over to the group's development team.
• Successful candidates will benefit from working with an experienced, well-renowned team, enabling them to grow and learn within the role and progress their professional career.
• This role will provide you with the opportunity to become a leading figure and point of contact within the group's ongoing acquisitions pipeline, providing great scope for progression throughout the business.
• Extremely competitive salary dependent on experience, plus car allowance and excellent bonus structure.
