Building Surveyor/Project Manager - Client-Side Trust
Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure to be partnering with a historic and reputable foundation based in London's West-End that works to improve people's lives through the research and investment into the Sciences. Their operational portfolio has grown and so our client is looking to grow the in-house Project Management team through the hire of a diligent Building Surveyor or Project Manager to maintain their portfolio.
Being responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of projects across their buildings, the successful applicant will need a solid background in property maintenance, including M&E, building fabric, business systems and workplace development. Overseeing the CAPEX budget, this individual will oversee all projects, managing external contractors and consultants, develop strategies with the Senior Project Manager and ensure all are delivered to time, cost and quality.
This position requires a project-focused Building Surveyor who has managed projects valued from £50,000 to £4million within the commercial and workplace sector.
Salary; £45,000 - £60,000 + benefits
