Job Details
Our client, a regeneration planning & development organisation, is seeking an Acquisition & Development Manager to join their team in London, focused on mixed-use projects in London.
The role has highly flexible home working (4 or 5 days a week), provides a fantastic opportunity for someone from a development, transactions, valuations, general practice, or asset management background to step into an exciting new role, helping build fantastic community areas.
What the role will involve:
- Acquisitions of new sites within the area, carrying out site appraisals and putting them forward for purchase.
- Acquiring planning applications on existing assets in the area
- Joint venture work with construction team to execute regeneration projects/refurbishments.
- Development appraisals and cash flow modelling.
What You'll Need:
- RICS qualification and relevant Real Estate degree or similar.
- Background within development/asset management/valuation or similar.
- Experience dealing with office, retail, and industrial sites.
- Competent cash flow modelling and appraisal skills.
- A passion and interest for regeneration in London.
This role is mostly work from home; as they are currently in the process of obtaining a new office space which will be part of a flexi-office set up in Barking.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus 10% pension contribution, 30 days holiday.
