An innovative and market leading Real Estate Property Developer that specialise and hold an excellent track record within the Student and PRS markets is looking for Acquisitions Surveyors to expand their portfolio and secure new acquisitions to secure and grow then development pipeline across the UK targeting major UK cities and regional cities towns to develop and establish their brand and reputation.

Reporting into the Acquisitions Director, you will be responsible for the identification, and securing new land development sites in the North of England to enhance and grow the development pipeline of projects, targeting Cities such as Leeds, Sheffield. Utilising your wealth of contacts and key landowner relationships you will look to identify oven ready or off market development sites to directly purchase sites. working with the in-house department teams you will support bids and acquisition process to exchange of contracts and completion.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic and innovative Real Estate developer to continue their accelerated growth and expansion. Acquisition Surveyors will have the ability to demonstrate a successful track record in acquisitions; strong knowledge of the residential development market; as well as a knowledge and network of contacts in order to leverage new site and development opportunities. You will have an understanding and experience of overseeing sites through early stages of the acquisition process through planning and legals. Experience of running appraisals, and cash flow investment modelling is preferable but not essential.
