FLEXIBLE WORKING FOR INTERIM SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR
Park Avenue are working with an Oxfordshire based Local Authority, who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
You'll be working on their operational portfolio, focusing on landlord and tenant negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals. Everything you're used to!
They're able to provide remote working, with you going into the offices once a month for team meetings and completing site visits when you think it's necessary. The management team are supportive and understand that your productivity is probably higher at home!
Ideally, you'll be MRICS, and have some Local Authority experience. Being a Registered Valuer isn't essential though.
