Senior / Development Manager.

Manchester – Major, Mixed-Use & Commercial Projects.

Basic c60,000 to £75,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus + Flexible Working.

We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Senior OR Development Manager on behalf of a highly entrepreneurial, mixed-use and commercial developer. The role is to work as part of the development management team ensuring the smooth throughput of large-scale residential, commercial and industrial/logistics schemes, across the North West. You will be responsible for:

• Development appraisals, procuring and leading the multidisciplinary, external professional teams

• Liaising with and reporting to the stakeholders, funders and internal management

• Managing the development process of projects within your portfolio

• Working closely with end-users, developing the spec and delivering a product that is right

You are a bright, highly skilled individual who has a demonstrable track record of leading the development management of major projects. You are detail focussed and are able to build enduring relationships with end-users, internal and external, multi-disciplinary teams and have the ability to keep the development process moving forwards.
