An excellent career opportunity at Associate Director level within a Project Management Consultancy to carve out strong career progression and the opportunity to work on exciting development portfolio of projects in the PBSA and Residential led mixed use sector including Hotels.

Our client is a rapidly growing and expanding their presence in Manchester and the North West building an trusted reputation across the UK delivering exciting projects for Blue Chip Clients covering multiple asset classes in the Residential, PBSA & BTR marketplace; Industrial and logistics and Hotels sector.

Due to this growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager level candidate or above to the role, who can grow within their business to support their expansion and deliver schemes where they add strong value add services to clientele notably at Pre Contract and design stages of projects.

Candidates with a strong background in delivering residential development projects would be advantageous and have the ability to manage projects throughout the development cycle from cradle to cradle and have a strong background in project management consultancy and demonstrate where they have added value to projects success.
