Have you ever thought about becoming an M&E QS specialist?

Or maybe you already are an M&E QS, but your current role just isn’t quite giving you what you want?

This is an opportunity to take your career down a new path and be part of the future in the construction industry.

As I am sure you agree that data centres are only going to keep growing across the world, let alone the UK – there is a real shortage of data M&E QS specialists and this is a chance to be trained by one of the best in the business – being in an industry where there is a shortage of specialists means that you can charge a premium £££, and this consultancy works with some of the biggest data developers in the world and is currently part of the biggest data centre being developed in the UK.

I am on the look out for an intermediate QS, who has an interest in M&E, is ambitious and forward thinking, to join this consultancy who are based in Central London (walking distance from one of London’s main train stations)

Currently they sit at a headcount of around 50 so you will not get lost in the crowd, you will be working alongside a very highly respected individual and she will put the time into mentoring you.

Not only will you be working on data centres, but you will also have the opportunity to work in the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors giving you a wide range of exposure to a variety of schemes with values of up to £300 million – the idea is that you will still add value to the traditional team and work in a hybrid role learning the M&E side of things.

They are a social bunch, and a fantastic team to be a part of, they have a bar and a foosball table in the office – If that doesn’t sell it then I don’t know what will!

All of the above, flexible working and great salary - What else could you possibly ask for?!?

These opportunities don’t come around often, so now is your time to take the bull by its horns and apply below (or add me on LinkedIn Sara Beal to find out more!)
