They also act for small property companies, high net worth individuals and a number of retailers. Instructions cover predominantly shopping centres and High Streets but also out of town retail, department stores, leisure and restaurant premises. They enjoy an enviable track record of success spanning many years. This has enabled them to secure repeat business over time and to expand their client base as well as moving into new markets. They are an ambitious partnership who is keen to take the business forward and explore new opportunities over the next decade and beyond. They are now seeking best-in-class talent at Surveyor to Associate level to join their highly successful agency team.
