I’m going to keep this one short and sweet because in reality the role sells itself so let’s get straight to the facts.

You’ll be working with a world-renowned Property Investor with some of the most prestigious assets globally. Their London portfolio consists of Central London Trophy assets many being architectural masterpieces ranging from 200,000 to 550,000 sq ft of office space. 

The role being branded as “holistic Property Asset Management” a fancy word to support a fancy role! 

You’ll be taking a much more strategic approach to this role. With assets of this calibre and an ambitious investor the focus is surrounding adding value and turning them into real destination pieces. 

Responsibilities within this role will include value added services (ESG, Prop tech, placemaking etc) you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in lease renewals, rent reviews and be a key influential figure in Asset Management decision making. 

You’ll be working from their West End office and have the added bonus of flexible working with 3 days in the office and the rest from home. To bolster this, you’ll be working with a consultancy who are renowned leaders in the industry for their remuneration packages.
