Job Details
A public body in the North West is looking for an Estates surveyor for 6 months... but only for 2 days per week!
Work includes rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, negotiations, and using property management systems. The portfolio is mainly industrial and retail-based.
You do not need to be RICS for this role.
You will need to be in the office one day per week, and available to deal with site inspections, however, this will be based on your discretion.
This role is paying between £40 - £44 an hour, with interviews happening either Friday or early next week.
