LONDON'S CALLING - INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR NEEDED!
Park Avenue are working with a Local Borough, on an Interim Estates Surveyor position. This contract will run on a 3-month rolling basis, with longevity within the role for extensions.
You'll be focusing on a mixture of commercial and operational portfolios, primarily working through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals and managing landlord and tenant relations.
You can work remotely, with site inspections and office days being required twice per week.
MRICS is required for this role, and previous public sector experience is ideal.
