Senior Surveyor and Associate Director - Lease Advisory Team
My client is seeking a chartered surveyor to join their lease advisory team in London.
This role involves partnering with clients to provide strategic lease advice across their portfolio to inform wider asset management strategies - this will include lease regears and lease renewals across bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.
Providing pre-acquisition advice on lease terms and rental values for A3 and A4 investment opportunities and integrated advice with agency, development, and investment colleagues as required.
Clients include Shaftesbury PLC, Grosvenor, Capital & Counties, The Crown Estate, DTZ Investors, Aberdeen Standard Investments, CBREi, Lazari, The River Café, The Theatres Trust, Third Space and Triyoga.
