Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the West Home Counties, who require an Interim Property Consultant, on an initial 3-6 month rolling contract.
You'll be working on the operational portfolio, providing advice on valuation, disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant and investment opportunities. Not only this, you'll also be supporting strategic focused projects, as well as property reviews and implement any schemes following this.
The council are currently working on a hybrid working model, where you're expected to complete site inspections at your discretion, with no requirement for office presence.
The management team are friendly and supportive - our previous contractors have always enjoyed their time with this council.
They require you to have a mixture of public and private sector experience, as well as being MRICS.
