Trainee Commercial Agent Commercial Office Leasing) - London
My client, a well run and highly driven boutique commercial agency who are advisors in office leasing and commercial property are looking to recruit several members of staff into their business development & agency team within their office leasing/lettings department.
The Directors are forward thinking and ambitious with 2 decades of experience behind them and they are looking to build on their position which has grown significantly in the last year.
The ideal candidate profile for the trainee role, will be someone working in property with some sales experience but candidates from other sectors like B2B sales or recruitment will be considered.
*There is an additional role for someone completing their APC as well and looking to complete it and then crack on with their career in the sector.*
The position will entail the following:
- Business to Business sales of the companies services
- Working as part of a close knit team
- New Business calls as well as liaising with warm leads
- Management of client accounts and your own portfolio
- Networking in and out of the industry to establish new leads
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Be a top performer in a business to business sales capacity
- Experience in managing a medium to long-term sales pipeline
- Ideally have relevant property experience within this field
- Enjoy working in a target orientated position
- Have a naturally positive, persuasive and determined personality.
Package: Up to 30K Basic plus bonuses and commission, 60K OTE
