Job Details
The Oyster Partnership have partnered with a well-known retailer, who operate on a national basis, in their search for a Property Acquisitions Manager to join their Estates team.
This individual will work on all acquisition projects throughout the UK, to meet expansion plans which currently stand at 25-30 new stores per annum.
Working with both internal and external teams to deliver best in class projects on time this opportunity offers someone the opportunity for real career progression with a fantastic company who prioritise employee wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Strong L&T knowledge
- Commercially aware, particularly within the Retail sector.
- Ideally RICS qualified
- Proven track record of Acquisitions, preferably for a retailer.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Work predominantly remotely with frequent travel across the UK.
