Job Details
One of the UK's most prestigious Real Estate Investment Trusts are seeking a Management Surveyor to join their Property Management team in Central London to assist with their portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day lease management, service charge management, L&T services, client service delivery and reporting requirements for an exciting portfolio focusing on commercial offices in the West End.
This is a hands-on Property Management position which will report to the Senior Property Manager, working across commercial offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in Property Management, Office Leasing or Landlord and Tenant looking to move into a client-side Property Management role.
Office Based in Central London.
