Residential Asset Manager - London
Our client owns and manages a large mixed-use estate in London and is seeking a Residential Asset Manager to join the team.
The company plays an integral role in the local community in the area – a part of London that is steeped in history, architecture, and culture. They are a very people-focussed business and understand their team and their stakeholders are key factors in their success.
The role will involve:
- Strategic oversight of the residential assets.
- Preparation and delivery of board recommendations.
- Evaluation and assessment of initiatives.
- Reporting, business planning, service charge budgets.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in residential asset management.
- RICS or ARLA qualified.
- A strong communicator – both written and verbal.
- Able to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
- Confident dealing with and presenting to stakeholders.
- Good Excel skills including modelling and valuation appraisals.
