Investment Management company with a great reputation in the value add space, are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their growing London team. They focus on retail and residential property and have a rapidly growing portfolio across the UK and Europe. They have a very entrepreneurial approach to property, drive value through intensive development, and currently focus on repositioning Retail assets into Resi and Resi Alternatives. They are looking for a bright, numerate and market facing Real Estate investment analyst, who wants to join a very active team and work on large and complex investment deals. They are happy to consider people working in analytical roles within top tier advisory side organisations, as well as candidates who already work in a clientside environment.

Role

  • Complex financial modelling supporting on investment decision making process
    Maintaining cashflows of existing assets under management
  • Writing investment summaries and property reports
  • Assisting in the underwriting and due diligence of specific investment opportunities
  • Analysing the viability of asset and development management initiatives and monitoring the ongoing performance of investments


The Candidate:

  • Financially numerate with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
  • First class written and numerical presentation skills and confident use of MS PowerPoint
  • Total commitment to high standards with a particular focus on attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Good organisational skills and ability to run a variety of tasks at once
