Where GSP are different to most companies is the breadth and diversity of work and projects that they offer to their Building Surveyors who take on projects from start to finish. A significant amount of work is within the insurance sector where projects can be across high-end residential, listed buildings, education and large commercial buildings.

Each week and project is different, with core skills including; 

• Schedule of works
• Defects and diagnosis
• Party Wall
• Health and Safety
• Major refurbishments
• Ability to work closely with clients and advise throughout a project
