Interim Land & Development Manager

OUTSIDE IR35 - £500 per day +

South East Based – Remote working with 1 day in the office

2 year Assignment

As Land & Development Manager you will be responsible for completing suitability assessments, feasibility studies, undertaking site appraisals and developing business cases for a large corporate building scheme of over 750 sites.

The great thing is, this client doesn’t need you to start until 1st September so you can enjoy this Summer guilt free, knowing that you have a 2 year contract to look forward to.

You can work remotely or go into the office, it’s up to you!
