Basic c£120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Equity Participation + Package.

We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Construction Director on behalf of a substantial, extremely well-backed, multi-office, volume housebuilder. The business is well established, has a significant land bank and is undertaking a period of sustained growth. You will be responsible for:

• Leadership of construction department, build safely, on-budget, to programme, deliver quality and offer outstanding customer service
• Play an integral part in the leadership of the business as a member of the senior leadership team
• Work closely with all disciplines, ensuring the smooth throughput of work, identifying both risk and opportunity
• Develop and build the team, offering mentoring and support to ensure career advancement opportunities
• Input into new site acquisition assessment, using your experience to ensure any potential issues identified and considered

We are keen to speak with experienced and driven housebuilding construction professionals. You have offer high levels of delivery expertise and have a demonstrable track record of leading high performing teams. You are customer focussed, can handle volume and have the interest and ability to play an integral role in the leadership of the business. Ideally you will already hold a director title, however, if you can demonstrate the experience and expertise outlined above and feel ready to make the step up this will also be considered.
