Planning Manager – Residential-Led, Mixed-Use Development.

Central London OR Home Counties Base + Flex Working.

Basic c£50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package.

We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Planning Manager on behalf of an extremely active, residential-led, mixed-use developer. The business is well established and undertakes both large-scale traditional housing projects and major, technically challenging, London schemes. You will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the Planning Director you will promote a portfolio of developments at various stages
• Involved from initial land identification, working closely with the land team then progressing acquired sites
• Ensuring that issues are identified early, and solutions and strategies are put into place to mitigate
• Working with colleagues to work though solutions to challenges and sharing best practice

We are keen to speak Planners and Planning Managers with three years plus experience, working for another developer, in consultancy or within a Local Authority. You are a capable individual who is comfortable running projects, with the backup of an experienced planning director and other planners. You are a team player, enjoy the challenge of complex projects, have great attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work. The company has offices both in central London and the Home Counties plus a very flexible home working policy.
