Estates Management Surveyor

Based at Head Office in Dartford, Kent to manage predominantly industrial units on estates mostly within Kent, undertaking: -

• Rent reviews, lease renewals, actively managing the portfolio to enhance value. Lettings both direct and in association with preferred agents. Day to day property management including dealing with all tenant issues. Liaising with external consultants as required.

Must be able to act on own initiative, have hands on experience to be solely responsible for programming and progress.

Will report through a management structure to Director level.
