Job Details
A UK based property company are seeking a Commercial Senior Property Manager to join their team based in Reading.
The role will support the asset management team with the day to day management of a portfolio valued at £100 million, consisting of predominately office and work space assets.
Key Senior Property Management responsibilities:
- Manage local projects, such as Capex, PPM and maintenance repairs.
- Track the expenditure of allocated budgets.
- Prepare for review and approval - Capex, Service Charge and Capital Projects.
- Ensure service charge packs are prepared and communicated to tenants.
- Deal with day to day queries quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all properties are in line with the brand.
- Maintain portfolio insurance schedule and manage the renewal process.
- Ensure correct and current lease documents and associated documents are saved and filed.
- Lead their sustainability programme, working with on-site teams to monitor on-going consumption of utilities and carbon output, and find creative ways to improving the sustainability of the portfolio.
Key Senior Property Management requirements:
- Chartered Surveyor with proven Commercial Property Management experience.
- Ability to engage with customers and tenants.
- Good knowledge of Yardi Voyager management system would be advantageous.
- Experience in managing external advisors.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
Salary is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus.
Their office is based in Reading, however they do offer flexible working.
