It takes a dedicated team of experts to manage our property portfolio. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, you'll be a key member of a committed and talented group.

Your main task will be to provide a professional valuation and advice service. The role will entail disposals, acquisitions, commercial and corporate property estate management. This will also include the provision of valuations for all purposes, to include the Royal Borough's Asset Valuation programme.

You'll be articulate, IT-literate and able to manage projects from start to finish. Using these skills, you'll already have achieved plenty in the property field and worked with fellow professionals, clients, and contractors. Your expertise will ensure we manage effectively and make the most of the property we own.
