A Local Authority in Kent are creating a new team to restore the area to its former glory.
If you have experience in Estates Surveying and Property Management, you can more than do the job!
Don't worry if you are not MRICS qualified… Experience is the key within this role.
To be specific, the role consists of:
- Lettings
- Lease Renewals
- Rent Reviews
- Space Utilisation
- Acquisitions
- Property Management
Although you'll be required to go into the office twice a week, it is in the heart of the town (with one of Britain's most popular beaches a 5-minute walk away) so you could be having your lunch break admiring some of the best scenery in the UK.
This role is a real mix, meaning you can broaden your skill set due to the rarity of coastal based portfolios - a brilliant opportunity to set yourself apart from the competition in future jobs!
