Since Covid, the world is finally going back to normal…but one thing that thankfully isn't changing too much is working arrangements.
I'm working with a Council in the West Midlands that's offering hybrid working for an Interim Estates Surveyor. They are only a short train journey away from the UK's second largest city, which also won the UK City of Culture award in 2021.
You'd only have to go in 2 times a week, which means you can still work from the comfort of your own home most of the time.
Do you have experience working on commercial property portfolios for local authorities? Perfect! That's all they're looking for- experience! Qualifications aren't necessary here.
Your time will be spent:
- Arranging new leases/licenses
- Carrying out renewals
- Managing rent reviews
- Meeting tenants if necessary
- Undertaking basic valuations
