Head of Sales - Prime Central London - 150K
GKR London is currently working with one of the leading names in prime residential property. As a business, they have decades of success in PCL, are highly respected and hugely ambitious making this a great time to join them on an exciting journey.
They are searching for an experienced Sales leader to come in and take the reigns of an important project, where you will be responsible for managing & growing their market share in an area of strategic importance for them as well as overseeing their super prime stock and client base.
This position requires previous management experience, an exceptional track record in estate agency within the London market and a can do attitude because you will be tasked with driving the office forward with big plans ahead for the region.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Driving sales figures and office profit in your area
- Training and support of your team
- Management and 1:1's with team
- Providing advice and guidance on all relevant legislation
- Ownership of your individual office P+L and working closely with Director of Sales
- Proven track record of success in the £1mill plus market space is essential
- Growing market share – strong ability in winning instructions
- Strong track record and contact base across London
