Our client, a forward thinking, highly ambitious and well respected Estate Agency based in Central London is looking to recruit a experienced Lettings Manager.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about residential property, someone wanting to take their career to another level long-term, someone who is highly motivated, a good man manager and a manager who leads from the front.

The ideal candidate will currently be in a management position, however they are open to looking at a very experienced Assistant Manager/Lettings Manager with valuation experience who wants the next step in their career. You will need an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be tasked with running the branch from a business owners point of view.

You will be tasked with:

• Managing staff as well as recruitment and conducting staff appraisals
• Managing the Profit and Loss of the office
• Reporting directly to the Senior Partners
• Growing the presence of the brand in the area
• Assisting the marketing team with requirements for your office
• Growing the stock levels for the office, having a successful track record in market appraisals is important
