Following changes to our Executive Team structure we are recruiting a new Executive Director of Property Services. The role will ensure the safety, quality and energy efficiency of our homes remain industry leading, and that this significant investment has the impact we want it to have for our tenants.

This is a critical role as we focus on investing in our homes and providing a first-class repairs and maintenance service.  We are looking for a strong leader, able to set a clear vision for the future which delivers safe, well-maintained quality homes. Someone who is adept at leading people and performance across their teams; but also, able to contribute to the full running of our business.  You will also play a key role in shaping our next corporate strategy which will take us from 2025 to 2030.

You will empower your teams to deliver to the highest standards.  You will gain assurance that we are delivering on our commitments and meeting tenant expectations.  Experienced at Executive level you won’t be afraid to challenge our thinking, you will be joining a high performing Executive who challenge each other’s perspectives and genuinely contribute to delivering the right outcomes for our tenants.  You will have track record of translating strategy into plans, with proven delivery of outcomes.
