Join our Acquisition/Development Team as a Development/Acquisition Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our expansion strategy and delivering a diverse property development pipeline.

Reporting directly to the UK Development Director, you'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing land and buildings for the development of new roadside retail and petrol filling stations.

Your duties will include proactively sourcing new acquisitions, conducting site inspections and appraisals, negotiating terms with stakeholders, and overseeing the entire development process from inception to completion. You'll collaborate with various internal teams and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of new developments, representing our company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

To excel in this role, you ideally hold MRICS qualification and have at least 5 years of post-APC experience in commercial property acquisition and development. While experience in roadside retail property is preferred, it's not essential.

This is a full-time, field-based position covering the southwest of the UK, offering a competitive salary and a strong bonus scheme based on successful developments and acquisitions.
