£90,000 - £110,000.


Cognisant has been instructed to appoint a Senior Development Manager on behalf of a well-funded, rapidly expanding, prime residential developer in Central London.

Position Summary:

The core remit of the Senior Development Manager will be to sit across two possibly three schemes dependant on scale and complexity working alongside the project team which consists of a PM/EA, PQS and Design Team.

Core focus will be development delivery whilst also serving as the interface in terms of the day-to-day project lead, managing the monthly development drawdown process interfacing with the finance team on each of the projects.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Residential development experience within the Central London market.
  • Excellent understanding of process and how to lead a professional team through JCT contract through to completion
  • Well versed in preparing internal development progress peports and client side risk management.
  • Track record of 2-3 projects simultaneously
