Development Surveyor

Development Surveyor (Client Side).

Yorkshire. Traditional Housing/Single Family BTR.

Cognisant Search has been instructed to appoint a Development Surveyor on behalf of a forward looking, highly entrepreneurial, housebuilding and Single Family BTR business. The company is very well regarded, extremely solvent, and has several schemes in the development phase and under consideration. Responsibilities include:

• Work as part of the development team progressing new projects through to handover to the delivery team.

• Working closely with various in-house and external teams, including planning, technical, legal, design etc to progress schemes though feasibility and early development stages.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders, Local Authorities, and internal teams.

• Have excellent communication skills, be detail focussed, organised, and work well as part of close-knit team.
