INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED

LONDON

Park Avenue are proud to be working with this London Local Authority, who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3 month contract.

Your role will be to complete rent reviews, lease renewals and focus on landlord & tenant negotiations. For reference, the Council owns children's centres, nurseries, youth hubs, schools, adventure playgrounds, libraries, day centres, & supported living accommodation, as well as community facilities, depots, administrative buildings, and commercial properties.

This is a dynamic role, with you being required to work at pace with the rest of the Estates & Assets team.

MRICS desirable but not essential. Development (specifically residential) experience not essential but could be beneficial. Hybrid working is available (2 days per week), with you in the offices and out-and-about on site inspections.

They're looking for someone to start in the New Financial Year, with interviews likely to commence in the last week of March/first week of April.
