Commercial Director/Head of Commercial

Commercial Director/Head of Commercial – Residential-led, mixed-use developer.

London.

Basic c£100,000-£130,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits.

An established Residential-Led Mixed-Use developer, with exciting growth plans, is keen to recruit a Commercial Director/Head of Commercial to take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex development projects from inception to completion. Assisting the Construction Director, you will support in managing the entire commercial aspect of the delivery function.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects concurrently, including budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Monitor and inspect developments on a regular basis to ensure quality control procedures are being adhered to.
• Provide strategic advice to the senior management team on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare project viability appraisals and update throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial aspects of the design development process through regular coordination meetings.
