Property Management Surveyor – £40k - £48k + Car Allowance – London

A leading Property Management department in London are looking to recruit within their Central London team. The client is open to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds within Property Management. If you come from a background of Property Administration, Property Management or Surveying and are looking to join a market leading consultancy, working on commercial Trophy Assets, this could be the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing Central London assets and their refurbishments
  • Carrying out regular commercial property inspections on the Private Sector
  • Managing leases and ensuring lease data is accurately allocated to the correct database
  • Dealing with occupier queries and all management matters
  • Liaising with internal teams such as the Facilities team on maintenance and repair matters
  • Managing and overseeing rent and service charge approvals
  • Setting service charge budgets and working on year –end reconciliations
  • Meeting set KPI’s
  • Implying appropriate ESG practices and working alongside the sustainability team
  • Producing reports for clients
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Engaging with stakeholders and attending regular meetings
  • Recognising strategic opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Working background within the Property Management sector (Property Administration, Property Management or Surveying)
  • Ideally MRICS qualified but this is not essential
  • Good client facing and communication skills
  • Service charge and budgeting experience
  • Ideally experienced with Property Management software such as TRAMPS, Horizon or Voyager
  • IT compliant
