Senior Lettings Associate - Central London

Our client, an established and well known property investment operation based throughout the UK is looking to hire an experienced lettings specialist who is looking to break into the property investment space.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in residential estate agency and who importantly has a successful track record. The role will suit someone who wants a change, seeks a similar role where they can utilise their experience but work in a forward thinking, cash rich property investment business who have £800M at their disposal and want to deploy this over the next 12 months as the portfolio grows..

As the right candidate, you must have following skills/experience:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in Residential Lettings
  • Proven track record in hitting targets in the sector
  • Keen interest in residential property investment
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Happy to travel throughout the UK as the portfolio grows
  • Money motivated, enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Package: 25-30K Basic OTE 65K plus car/car allowance
