Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator and interested in working in the Prime Central London property market? 

Our client, a very well-known, independent property brand, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator in their Marylebone office!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• At least 12-months experience in Residential Lettings (will consider outside of London) 
• Proven track record in Lettings
• Be comfortable dealing with HNWI's 
• Have a full UK driving licence 

Our client is offering the following package & benefits: 

• £20,000 basic salary
• £55,000 OTE 
• Pool car at office 
• Excellent stock levels
