Based in their London office, but operating on a national level, the successful candidate’s remit will be to control and oversee all business operations, people and future growth. You will be the prominent figure within the organisation and will be responsible for the ongoing success of the business.  You must have senior management experience in a dynamic setting; this role requires best-in-class communication and leadership skills as well as an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. ·         Hands-on Operational Oversight – to drill down into the intricate details of all offerings, ensuring range of delivery and value-add remain as core focuses throughout the business, whilst providing hands-on, technical expertise to all stakeholders
