Park Avenue are working exclusively with a Local Authority in the Northwest who require an Interim Estates Surveyor for an initial 4 month period.

You would predominantly be carrying out general Estates Management on the councils commercial portfolio, as well as assisting with annual asset valuations and gross programme work (disposal plan of mostly residential assets, potentially assisting with the development - shopping centre, new health hub.)

The council work on a hybrid basis, and would require you in the office once per week. The manager can be flexible with this if needed.
